I am very disappointed with my shopping today. The checkout associate does not know how to apply gift card to my purchase. According to her I have to use self-checkout to be able to use it. I’ve been to several grocery stores and that is the 1st I heard I cannot apply gift card towards my purchase unless I used self-checkout. She called for manager’s help Nancy and they suspended my order. I told them I would go to self-checkout provided I don’t have to scan again. When I went to self-checkout Nancy told me to rescan everything again. Walmart you need to train your people. It seemed like they don’t know what they are doing.
