We had our home remodeled by US Creative Builders sometime last year, and we're finally getting around to writing this well-deserved review! As first-time remodelers, we were initially hesitant, but working with Matthew made the entire process surprisingly smooth. We met with several contractors, but chose US Creative Builders because Matthew was so approachable and presented us with various options that helped us refine our vision for the remodel. From the start, Matthew patiently guided us through each step. Once construction began, Kenneth and his team were equally fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and patient, even as we asked numerous questions and occasionally changed our minds about certain details. We truly appreciated their willingness to explain everything and accommodate our changes. They also kept us well-informed about any delays, which helped us manage our expectations. We absolutely love how our remodeled home turned out! The quality of the work is excellent, and the attention to detail is still evident even a year later. A helpful tip for anyone considering a remodel (and this isn't a criticism of US Creative Builders) is to have a very clear idea of your desired changes beforehand. Even small adjustments during the project can impact the overall cost. We did experience a slight delay with some final touch-ups after we moved back in, which we understood, as they likely had other projects on their schedule. However, this was a minor issue and didn't detract from our overall satisfaction. We highly recommend US Creative Builders. In fact, we're planning to contact them again soon for some additional work. They are a reliable and professional and we're so happy with the results they achieved in our home.
