I tried their service for a couple months and decided to cancel. I can't get a return call. Voice mail is always full. Skylar doesn't answer my texts, I can't leave a voicemail. Direct phone number is always busy. I was charged even though I canceled the service. I am currently going through my credit card company to dispute the charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not return calls or deliver on their promises. Update: The following day after i wrote this review, I received a call from Kenny Inthavong, Campaign Manager. He was very apologetic about my frustrations to reach someone at the company. I informed him of the roadblocks I had in trying to reach someone to cancel my service and that their processes needed attention. I don't know if these have been fixed, but I did receive my credit as I had asked for and canceled the services.
