Brought my laptop in for a cleaning. Great staff, very thorough cleaning. Contacted 4 other tech stores before finding this one who was willing to take the work order. Only criticism is their online status on the progress of your work order being completed is not up to date in terms of their progress level. Otherwise, highly recommend this place!
I went in to get my iPhone fixed, on my son’s recommendation. It was a super busy day but they handled everyone that came through the door with kindness and patience. I’m more than happy with my experience today. Justin, Sarah and Natasha are amazing!
They replaced the screen on my pixel 7a and made the phone worse. They scratched up the frame of the phone, failed to properly set the screen in, and now the finger print reader doesn't work. I think I could have done a better job on my own. This was an insurance screen replacement and they still failed. Edit. I called the number provided and they tried to send me to the store's phone, and the local store never answered. According to other reviews the store never answers. Also, the store did not send me any information regarding my claim being fixed or not. Just stay away from here.
Always a great experience! They friendly, professional & helpful. They'll let you know prices & turnaround time over the phone so you know what you're walking in to. I recommend scheduling an appointment because they can get busy at times. I definitely recommend their screen protector. Its the best one I've found and stands up to the beating my very active landscaping job inflicts upon my screen.
