Usually, I have a great experience at Trader Joe’s, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case yesterday. While checking out, the cashier scanned all of my items—over 10 in total—but just stood there afterward without offering to bag anything. I was carrying a child at the time, and it was very clear I could have used a hand. Her lack of assistance and unfriendly demeanor made the experience especially disappointing and not at all child-friendly, which is unusual for your typically helpful and welcoming staff.
