Emily is phenomenal! She was empowering, inquisitive, and knew exactly what to do to help me get back on track on my fitness journey as well as navigate my back problems. The entire team at Therapydia in Beaverton are so friendly and welcoming—they truly go above and beyond.
Warm people who were exceptionally helpful. Made the entire process of physical therapy easier for me. Very knowledgeable staff. Emily knew exactly how to get my wrist and elbow back to my full strength! Trust the process, put in the work with them and they'll heal you!
I primarily worked with Zach but also briefly worked with Aurora and Emily. Everyone there is fantastic to work with. They are very knowledgeable about their work and fun to talk to. My issue was with my shoulder (using it incorrectly when bench pressing) and now I have much better control of the muscles in my shoulder and it no longer hurts to bench press. 10/10 would get injured and go back here again
Being told you have to go to physical therapy is never fun, but my visits to Therapydia truly have become a bright spot in my week. Whether I see them first thing in the morning or am the last appointment of the day, Will, Angel, and the rest of the staff are always welcoming and do their best to make your experience as positive as possible. I am incredibly happy with the progress I’ve made through prehab and rehab for knee surgery at Therapydia. When I hit road blocks in my recovery, Will adjusted our sessions to meet my needs at the moment. His nuanced approach ultimately helped me navigate those hurdles while continuing to make progress. It’s been nearly 6 months since I’ve run, but I know that when I eventually do again, it will all be because of the compassionate and dedicated staff at Therapydia.
