The men were helpful. The woman who seems to own or manage the franchise is a "royal" pain. She refuses to give out a receipt for a mailed package. She always charges max for printing a label when the online seller whose product i am returning did not send me me one. I would go to other UPS offices just to avoid her.
I am an artist who regularly ships large, high value items. I have tried numerous UPS stores around town, and this one is by far the best! They have the friendliest staff, and are always true to the quotes that they provide me over the phone (surprisingly a very rare thing). This is not the closest UPS store to me, but it is the only one I will ever use.
