The Liberty Group office staff will lie to the agent and client. Because they have another assignment to fill that none of the other agents want to work at. So, they want you to fill that assignment so they can charge that client a higher price. If you say no to the assignment they are having a hard time filling, you will not get other assignments for weeks. Compensation and Work Conditions: Below-average salary overall: Liberty Group office staff will pay the temp leasing agent $19.00 to $22.00 hour while charging client $42.00 to $72.00 plus an hour or more. There are times when the property management client will not request the temporary leasing agent because Liberty Group Beaverton Oregon staff are asking for more money.

I have had a very pleasant experience with TLG. I applied on Feb 3rd and by Feb 11th I was hired and onboarding completed and started my first assignement on 2/13/25 so within a week and a half max i was working from start of the app to being hired was rather quick which i came to TLG with almost 4yrs in the goverment sector low income side of property managment. So far so good except there was some discrepancies in what i was told I was gonna be making when i gave my final "Yes, i accept the offer." Keep notes, Texts with spouse, family or friends and even emails from the management team. They immiediatly rectified the issue with in a few minutes me making them aware! The ladies here are so nice!
