Terrible service! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Aside from receiving damaged boxes, the product was unusable due to dimensions done wrong plus the box foam inserts were not properly done. Inserts were messed up 3 times and I had to pay for all of it. They agreed to do a refund which I never received. Now I'm just being ignored by them.
BE WARNED! Sent soap sleeves damaged beyond use because they were rubber banded so tightly and haphazardly. They were also larger than the spec sheet. Company refused to issue a refund even after I submitted countless photos of the damage. They have not offered a return so their response to this review is a lie. Stay away or lose your money. Im working with my bank to get my money back because I carefully documemted all the damage. Everything comes straight from China. They are just pretending to be a US company. They will take your money and send you garbage.
