Up until last week, we had only visited the ER at this facility. They have always been amazing and that is why we returned this time. Unfortunately my husband had to be admitted and it was not a good experience. The doctors dismissed our concerns and my husband had a cockroach in his hospital bed. We will not be returning to this hospital again for anything and will not be recommending it to family and friends as we had in the past.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just had to share our experience because of one very special person: Alba, a janitor at the hospital. From the moment we met her, she made such a positive impact on our stay. Alba was not only incredibly thorough and professional in her work, but she was also genuinely kind, caring, and attentive. She went above and beyond every day, always greeting us with a warm smile, taking time to check in on us, and making sure everything was spotless and comfortable. She treated us so well during our stay, and her positivity helped us through a stressful time. Thank you Alba!
Great place to deliver baby! The labor and delivery nurses were amazing. Special shout out to Nurse Sydney and Nurse Bianca. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my labor process. The postpartum nurses and mother and baby nurses were very attentive and caring. Lactation consultant Rosemarie is the best I have met so far. Dedicated doctors and staff. Dr.Johnson took extra care and delivered my baby safely even though there were unseen circumstances. Thankful for the care I received.
