Having given up watching tutorial videos and searching for answers to my tech issues, I finally contacted a professional. Goal - sync up my devices, get new Epson printer working, fix some issues on my cell and clear the data from an old iMac so it's ready for recycling. After some back and forth-ing to set up the appointment, Gil appeared on my doorstep, ready to help. And help he did! He took one item at a time and swiftly made progress, explaining as he did so. He was incredibly patient and could not have been more polite and security-conscious, always turning when I entered a password/passkey. Not only tech-aware, he was kind and thoughtful. I could not throw him an issue that would call for head-scratching, he knew easily what to do. Saved me a ton of time and got me on the right path so I could complete my personal projects. Sure, the amount was a lot to pay for me, but better to pay the piper and get on with my life and break thru tech-related frustration. There is a 2-hour minimum which I fully took advantage of - so glad I could reach my goals in a day. TechinSF made an excellent hire regarding this IT professional. Thank you to John and Gil!!!!
