Are yall open or not ? Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone? I’ve been calling since 2 days ago on an pick up order and these people don’t answer the phone I spoke to someone in corporate but want to ship out my order and I need it picked up not shipped this is ridiculous.
After my experience tonight, I will no longer shop at Target. I received an email advising that my order was ready for pickup. I checked into the app & pressed the “I’m on my way” button. After arriving, unbeknownst to me, my order was mysteriously cancelled. I went into the store & was told my order could not be found. I called customer service & was told the order was most likely cancelled bc of a processing issue. Regardless of the reason, I am completely done with this corporation. The complete incompetence & lack of consideration from the employees tonight was enough for me to never spend a single cent at Target, ever again.
We're here to pick up Downy, and they have this scent wo high up on the rack. It's heavy and way too high for my grandparents who shop here. They should figure out a way to make the shelving more inclusive and grabbing heavy products easier to reach or add a button for assistance.
Great customer service ! Her name was Skyler and she originally works in the Ulta part of the store but decided to ask her for help with foundation shades and she was super sweet and was very patient and not only she helped me with my foundation but also with my concealer. She was amazing, she deserves a raise 😊. Definitely coming back !
