Their bike shop is unparalleled. The bike mechanic gave me the best service today that I have ever gotten from a bike shop, ever. And the guys at the front desk are friendly too.

Mine and my Wife's first time checking out the store last week, and we truly enjoyed our experience and the very kind and attentive customer service that we received from Bike Shop Tony to Mr. Bill, the Salesman; they were all great!! We've got our running shoes on and our bicycle soon to be ready for some more great experiences with the Sun & Ski Sports Store Family!! Come one, come all to Sun & Ski Sports Store between Abrams Rd. and Forest Ln. in Dallas!! See y'all there.

The customer service here is truly exceptional—above and beyond what you typically find these days. As a first-time skier with no idea where to start, I was grateful for Andrea's help. She not only guided me in choosing the right clothing, but also considered my budget and patiently handled my indecisiveness. She is incredibly kind. Highly recommend! She deserves a raise!

All of the people at this store are lovely - specifically worked with Jeff when I called ahead to inquire about ski mounting, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had never had skis mounted prior so I didn’t realize you typically need a week to get it done. He helped me understand the rush to get them in. Tony was at the bike desk when I got there. He was incredibly friendly and made the process really easy once I got to the store. Lastly, Chuck was who helped me check out at the counter. He was the cherry on top to great service all around. He looked into my charges and made sure I was paying the most accurate price for the services I had done. Great staff and looking forward to using my skis in Aspen in a few days!! Thanks for your help guys!
