Had an appointment, drove 90 minutes to get to a UPS store (first off, huh?), was on time -- and the person who was authorized to log in to the fingerprinting machine was "out for the day." Had to drive to another location 2 hours away! Called customer service to receive reimbursement for my lost time and expenses, and I was told "this is outside the scope of Sterling." Wildly unimpressed with their setup and service. Employers: please do not use!
