A recent windows update caused us to have a blue-screen-of-death, and initial troubleshooting attempts landed us in a boot-loop. Their guidance was instrumental in getting our system back up and running, and it was all done in a courteous and professional manner. Going so far as to validate .dmp files among other pieces of evidence even after resolution to confirm that all was good to move forward.
