Overall, the staff has been great to me, the office is clean and pleasant, appointments are easy to make, and today Kelly really went the extra mile for me. I have no complaints, just praise for this entire entity. Also, thank you so much, Kelly!
These people are great. Everyone listens better than anyone I've been too. People here seem to have an honest interest in helping you, instead of just rushing you through. First visit will take time to fill out forms, but my wait was less than I expected.
Intake coordinator Quincy is great. Front desk staff is friendly but refrain from telling patients realistically how long the wait times will be to avoid confrontation which only makes waiting worse. I understand they are understaffed, like every other affordable mental health clinic, but every time I've had an appointment, I've been seen over an hour later. Good clinic if you are low income and have tons of time to spare.
