My partner and I have been living here since January and absolutely love this place. Everything is brand new and no one has lived in our apartment yet. There’s even filtered water!! You don’t find that in many places. Our experience has been wonderful and Keiley is honestly the best person I have ever worked with in any leasing office. She is so friendly and extremely helpful. The people in this complex are really friendly as well. It’s a very nice little community with nice amenities. My only complaint would be the stacker parking. You need to add in an additional 5 minutes to leaving early because it can be slow. This complex does a really good job at keeping the place clean as well. Highly recommend!

I’ve been at Sofia for close to a year now. Our stay here has been pleasant. Work orders get completed in a timely manner. Shout out to the maintenance team for always being professional when they enter our unit. I am also extremely satisfied with how Keiley addresses our questions and concerns. She is always going above and beyond to help us. I had trouble accessing the new app and Keiley walked me through it step by step with no issues. We admire her professionalism and kindness.

I lived in Sofia for a little under a year in one of their pent house units. Of course their amenities are absolutely amazing. Throughout my stay the management was very responsive. Towards the end of my lease I actually had to cut it short on short notice due to a sudden unforeseen move. Jeshel, the community manager, helped me transfer my lease very seamlessly and was extremely helpful! I am super grateful to her, though she is super swamped she is always very professional and tries her best!! It's sometimes hard to reach the staff on phone but Keiley, who is the leasing agent, is very responsive over email and tries her best to get back within the day which is extremely helpful! When I moved in I had worked with Jenny, and she is not with the team anymore but dropping in a good word for her too. :) She was superrrrrr prompt and reliable and would answer all my silly questions when I was a new tenant which had made my move in and stay quite nice!! :D

Moved here a few weeks ago. Brand new building so you could be the first person to live in the apartment. Spacious layout without being huge. No carpet. AC, balcony,washer/dryer. Pets accepted. 1 parking space with your unit, any additional will cost more $. The fastest opening garage door you will ever encounter. The amenities are spectacular! Especially the pool and gym. Jenny is a gem and she will make your experience painless!
