BEWARE. I signed up on Aug 28 after which communication and deliverables failed at every instance. My Brand Manager left and was replaced with someone new within a week. Email campaigns never materialized and there were constant delays on everything, so nothing coincided with my product launch. IG posting was done by me because my account was never set up properly. Ads were not created until a full month had passed and then they required heavy editing. I received a million apologies and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I requested a 2-week credit for all the blundering. I put that towards Oct only to find devastating failure by Oct 2, as a very unprofessional and redundant email campaign with errors went out without my approval. I cancelled after that final straw and they are refusing to credit me. I cannot reach anyone and am not getting any response to my emails. As a small business owner, I put my faith in this service but was consistently strung along. I wanted to part ways amicably but I'm blown away by how SelfMade is treating me and my brand. If you value your business and your brand, stay away from this company. FOLLOW-UP - I was offered a partial refund but SelfMade refunded only a portion of what they said they would honour. I've been following up for the last six days by email and phone about the balance and I'm getting zero response. This is totally unprofessional and unethical.
