The staff was VERY friendly and knowledgeable. The office is very easy to find and parking is adjacent to the location.

I'm not going to give Securitas, a bad review. Only one person in here, has shown disrespect. It's like this, I'm very laid back. I'm also too old to have experienced somebody half my age, blatantly question my intelligence. I emailed someone in this building, asking for help figuring out the Securitas portal. This person, called me, talking crazy, she felt emailing a PDF, with instructions. The instructions didn't help with nothing. If I ask someone a question, that well within their job description to know, please do not call a phone I pay for, to talk disrespectful to me. Sometimes, people don't know the answers to questions, they should know. And they try to make people feel stupid, because they don't know. This is just one of the aspects of hate about security, as a whole. For whatever reason, I don't have the luxury to call, walk into this building and big mouth, anybody. So please, show me the respect, you would want from me.

They are rude and they don't do their job properly. I've seen their drive patrols drive fast and not even look for a security breach. They were unprofessional and just sat on their phone and maybe to a speed patrol here and there.

The company is great. It is up to you where you take your experience whether to the good or bad road. Everything is formatted and outlined for emoloyees to succeed, but as natural as it is there are many bad apples that ruin the reputation for the company. It’s all up to you.

What's the purpose of this company???? 🤷 they don't do ANYTHING when something happens. They either act like they haven't seen or know anything. I'm arguing with guy who busted my window and security officer didn't do a damn thing after I told him what happened. Security officer was trying to convince me of what I didn't see happen with my own eyes. He just let the WHOLE guy just walk off but.... still yelling at me he didn't see anything but claims he patrols the Fred Meyer lot... YEAH RIGHT!!! and I basically had to beg him to call the police.... I DO NOT FEEL SAFE ANYTIME I SEE THIS SECURITY COMPANY ON SITE. I don't blame the employees...Why would you guys go above and beyond? Probably no incentives or ways to protect your own damn self?? I blame the actual company. Pay your employees better and give them the tools to assist police, protect citizens and possibly they will see thing happening and be a real asset to our communities.
