Dr Nangia was very informative and made sure that I completely understood the process and weekly progress surveys were done to track my progress. In regards to the staff, I was able to work with all of the technicians that stayed in the room while treatment was being done. Katie, Melanie, Areli, & Andrea were all very kind, compassionate and attentive while the treatment was being done and it was a pleasure working with all of them!
