We have been clients of this insurance agency well before it was acquired by the current owner/manager Karol Payne. We have good records and did not have to deal with her before. However, we were recently rear ended by no fault of our own. During the claims process we received little to no support as clients of Karol and her team. We were left to deal with the other insurance company on our own. Due to this lack of support and misinformation directly from Karol and this agency we are now personally responsible for nearly $1000 in costs as a result of being rear ended! If you are looking for an insurance agent that is going to look after your best interests, you are not going to find one here. Karol refused to take any responsibility for what happened and even told us that if she were in our position she would be looking for another agent as well. There are many people and places to get insurance from and I would recommend you look elsewhere for yours.
