Hands down the best Saks that I've ever visited. Friendly and personable professionals in the store. Incredibly clean and tidy considering the significant amount of foot traffic that comes through daily. When visiting the Chanel fragrance section (2nd floor), I was greeted and assisted by the most pleasant and customer centric person I've ever encountered - Maria. While I enjoy fragrances immensely and have a fairly extensive collection, my interaction with Maria was about 95% of why I chose to make a purchase today (Bleu de Chanel Parfum). She was such a joy to work with, extremely knowledgeable about the products, and provided information prompting you to think before purchasing. She doesn't sell but rather helps you buy - I admire this characteristic in a retail professional. Whenever I'm in town again I will visit this store and likely buy again solely because of Maria! Thank you for the wonderful experience today, Maria! You're a value add to the company for certain; I, as well as "they," need more people like you in the business!
