First thing I noticed was how well the item I purchased, an older 10GB hard drive for an old Compaq Armada notebook, was packaged. The best for any of the electronics that I've purchased anywhere. It's taken me awhile to make this post because I'd purchased several items from different vendors and was slow getting to this one. Anyhow, I've cleaned, partitioned, formatted and fully tested it. And, everything is 100%. Easily worth 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟!
This was my first purchase from Saitech. They had the lowest price on what I needed, so decided to give them a try. The order arrived in perfect shape and is working as expected so far. I've taken one star because (as I've seen some others mention), it had been listed as "In Stock" on the website but actually took about a week to acquire and ship. That said, their customer service gave me straight answers both times I called. You just might want to check in advance if you're in a hurry.
Stumbled across Saitech in search for old legacy PC components for my retro PC build. To my surprise they have new old stock of the parts I needed. All parts came packaged well and shipping was fast to my door at a great price. The 2 orders that I placed had no issues and parts worked as intended. Pentium 4 Extreme Edition.
