wow!!! the customer service is HORRIBLE. I tried an online chat about what operating system we need to run their program and I was denied an answer with out an account number. Then I called their customer service number and sat on hold for over 10 min then hung up on. I called back and was on on hold another 5 min before someone answered the phone and was not able to answer any questions either. I would suggest you keep shopping for a different program
