The online instruction is fantastic. When I got to my mannequin location, I did struggle for the first 15 minutes logging on, but a quick phone call got me back on track. I also struggled with the mannequin with the 2 rescuer portion and felt like the computer was a bit tricky, but I finally got it down and passed. My advice… come in workout clothes and bring water, because you are going to need it. Overall a positive experience.
I had a great experience getting my BLS certification here. The process was very smooth and easy, and I was able to schedule my appointment within just two days. The setup of the training area is nice and organized, and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thank you for making the certification process so convenient!
The videos and online portion of the BLS class are super quick and pretty easy - it’s supposed to take you an hour and a half but I got it done in 40 minutes. The in-person session was also very chill - it’s just you in this little room with a mannequin and you just do your tests and you can retake things if you need too. Overall everything is super organized and if you call the number they are really nice too! This class is great for people with busy schedules because everything is super fast and streamlined.
I took the BLS skills test at the downtown San Jose location. Very straight forward instructions and preparation for the test. The room was neat, clean and organized with a guidance poster in case something goes wrong. I didn’t contact the customer service line since the RQI and manikin were working well, so I can’t speak on that behalf. I was able to finish the test within 30 minutes. Keep in mind the advice sent over in the email — you will do great. Overall a pleasant experience.
