The store is more of a scratch and dent equivalent than an outlet of defective/unsold items. They did have a lot of inventory that changes daily. The staff was very helpful and didn’t pressure us in anyway and stayed readily available for any questions we had. You may not find what you’re looking for on any random day, however staff took down our information, to call us if an item in the color we want becomes available. I hope it helps
I got a brand new 3 seat power reclining sofa out of the box just yesterday and everything was as expected. Quick delivery. I thought the headrest was messed up but I forgot to plug it in 💀 so I updated to five stars
My Sales person Carmen was excellent in customer service. My experience was great! She is patient and very kind. She helped answer all my questions when deciding to purchase the entertainment unit.
I would have loved to give them a better rating but I have to do a 3 star because they said they would wrap the couches up so we can load on our pick up, but they ended up not doing so after we paid for them. I guess if you want them wrapped tell them to do it right there and then before paying for it. If not once you pay for it the hit you with we don't wrap it. Take it like that. We don't do refunds. That was my rating but all in all you can find some good deals, the salesman does want your business tries his best to answer questions, good bargains on some furniture, we purchased 2 for the price of on in the regular store. Just make sure you do a good look around make sure it's not stained or dirty. But you get what you pay for. You can save but maybe it has a stain or it's tore some place. But beats buying on facebook with people who own pets or smoke. I do recommend this place but make sure you get it wrapped before you pay, or bring your own plastic wrap.
