Amy Dyke deserves a promotion, raise, bonus, anything she wants. I have celiac disease and this event was the first event I've been able to eat at. I would not have lasted the grueling schedule and socializing if I hadn't been fueled properly. Not only did she make sure I had safe food to eat, she assigned employees to find my so I could focus on the event, and not be taken away to find food. I have never seen such a well run event before. The hotel staff who helped her were also wonderful. Not only did Amy keep me fueled, she made me feel kinda normal. I'm always the outsider with my disease. Never considered and mostly forgotten. While I physically starve and suffer, it impacts me emotionally too. Amy did an amazing job and her ability to be inclusive really touched me.
