My mom went from being independent to suddenly not able to stay on her own. Sarah was very accommodating around our schedules. She met my mom, listened and quickly arranged a few different nursing facilities for us to tour. With her advice, we were able to find a great adult care home. Its been 3 months now and we are still very happy with the place my mom is at. She made this stressful transition easier for us. I highly recommend Sarah.
I cannot speak highly enough about Sarah Harwood. I was talking with my parents about their future living plans and wanted more information. I happened to come across Sarah’s story online as to her “why” for getting into the profession. Her story touched me, and I immediately reached out to her. Literally the next day, she was sitting in my parent’s living room with my parents and me, explaining how things worked. We graciously thanked her and let her know we would be contacting her down the road when we felt the time was right for my parents to reassess their current living situation. Fast forward two months when my father developed an infection in his knee/bloodstream that landed him 11 days in the hospital and over five weeks in a rehabilitation center. I instantly reached out to Sarah to inform her we would be needing to find my father an assisted living situation. Not only did she immediately jump into action, she did so while on vacation. There is NO way I could have navigated this entire process without her! Her selfless service, while visiting her own family, was and is beyond anything I could have ever asked for. Words cannot express my gratitude for her attention to detail, thorough approach and calm demeanor. Because of her, my father will move into his new place in just a few days. I cannot recommend Sarah enough!!!! She is a gem.
