    I have had my Incinolet model WB since 2008. I live on a houseboat and it is used multiple times a day. The product is terrific and the support is outstanding. I installed it myself as it is an extreemly simple installation. In all the years I have only replaced one part and Kevin helped me over the phone. How many people can say that they love their toilet? I can, as I love my toilet. Some people complain about shipping cost but that is a small price to pay for reliability and convenience!
