These guys broke my 2012 macbook pro. Went in for battery replacement. Which too a lot longer than expected. I waited over an hr. They came back out and said there was damage to the trackpad and it would take time to order the part to fix it. They said I would not have to pay and they'd take care of it. They said to leave the laptop with them and come back in a couple of days. I came back and they said they could not fix the problem because the mother board was damaged. I said they own me a new laptop. They said they would not charge me for the battery replace and that was about it. They were nice (sarcasm) to offer me a trade in. They take my laptop and I buy one of their refurbished ones for like ~ $1K more. This is poor. It happened back around late 2019 ~ 2020 time frame. Manager would not talk to me. They broke my mac I have to use an external mouse now and my mac value depreciated. I don't think I could have done anything legally for them breaking anything. Business should be held accountable... They should have made good on damage done. I wonder if they do this type of work regularly and offer trade-ins

Amazing shop. I bent a pin in my laptop's charging port and managed to short the motherboard. The issue was diagnosed quickly and when they gave me the repair cost that far exceeded the value of the laptop, they did not charge me for taking it back. Incredible human kindness and decency. Give them your business.
