I'm so saddened and frustrated with my experience here. I initiated an intake process and explicitly asked when I could expect to hear back regarding getting assigned to a healthcare professional. They told me to expect a call back in a few days. Months later, I still had not heard back. I am so disappointed and saddened by their behavior - these are healthcare professionals leaving people suffering. I wish they had let me know that I was being put on an infinite waitlist so I could have sought help elsewhere.
