This is the tiniest test center I have ever been to which means you have to do all your security check in front of a room of people watching you. The lockers are small too, don't bring big tote bags. No hoodies or vests with pockets. The people there acting like robots. I understand there are a lot of test takers come and go everyday but it would be nice if they can treat everyone more friendly before and after an already stressful exam.
This was my first and only PSI Exam center I've been to. Overall, I thought the experience was pretty decent. The proctor who I had (I believe his name was Javier) was very kind and knowledgable. They do have you turn your phone off once you enter, even if you have to wait for people in front of you to be processed (I waited ~15 minutes). So, if you're looking to do last minute studying, stay outside. Lockers were available for you to put your belongings and they provide a lock. No cost. Warning - they're pretty small. I could fit my 15" laptop tilted at a diagonal. Anything that can't fit can be set on the coat rack next to it. -1 star as bike parking was not available anywhere in the complex. However, bikers note that there's bike parking at Shenzhen Bay Innovation Center - about a 10 minute walk. Of course bring a lock. Plenty of car parking.
