This place is only for the young - if you're young at heart and/or over 40, don't bother. Took 4 bags of clothing in (brands like Loft, Nordstrom, Inc., Columbia, etc. all in excellent condition) waited 45 minutes and they didn't take a stitch. Colossal waste of time. Curious if it would've been the same result had my 20-something year old daughter brought the clothes in instead of her graying mom.
