Paramount Security Solutions is fantastic to work with. They were quick and efficient when our gate motor stopped working. I was especially impressed with Chase, the technician who came out to install the new motor. After he installed the motor, he took the time to go over other questions I had about the gate functions. He made sure that I had all the information I needed before he left for the day. He even had to make a few phone calls and rewire a few things, but in the end, he made the gate ready to go for all my needs. Chase went above and beyond expectations, and I am so appreciative!
