I get different answers from whoever happens to answer the payroll phone. No one that takes care of the service recipient individually. A few years ago we got personal attention with our 1 care rep. Now it's whoever. No reminders to turn in for payroll. No call or message saying time sheet not received so you don't know until your attendant doesnt get a check 2 weeks later.
I am upset I turned in my time sheet correctly and on time. I did not get paid today I reached out to a staff member and forwarded her the email when I sent my timesheet. She said I do see you sent your time sheet in I will reach out to my state manager and see what options we have. No one ever reached back out to me. I called and they told me my check will be processed next week, Due to they didn’t receive my timesheet and they are having I.T. fix the problem. That’s absolutely unacceptable So I have to wait another week for my hard earned money due to a problem with their system!!! This is highly unprofessional and I want my check and someone to reach out to me like they said they were.
