Went to 39759 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Dallas, TX 75237 location on yesterday 04-27-2025 about 2:15 pm, to send correspondence via FedEx. Unfortunately I didn't have an envelope and the gentleman that was working, specifically told me I need one. I asked if that had any or sold envelope but he told me NO. Returned today after 8:15am, only to be skipped over in line, because I did not know they would send messages to your phone versus calling your name. The female working the counter, rudely said, "Make sure you paying attention to your phones", when I told her that I had the wrong phone with me, she said "you need to resign in with correct phone number", which I did but the wait was another 11 minutes. This time I was watching my phone, where I got alert to see next available counter person, who happened to be the other older female. She did not speak just beckon with her hand, cause she was in her cellphone making a personal call. She was trying to make sure her grandson was up ready for work because his boss was calling her, which he was NOT. I informed her of what I needed to do and she provided me with a FedEx envelope with a roll of clear tape with NO instructions. I asked her what do I do, she said tape the return label to the envelope (still on the phone now talking to her daughter about calling grandson at 7ish to wake him up), after I finally got the label on the envelope. I asked for a receipt for tracking purpose, which I was provided with. I left the store, but neither of the ladies said thank you or inquired if I need additional assistance. This store has a gloomy dark aura when you enter and the staff at the print area is very nonchalant, unhelpful and low key rude.
