I renovated my kitchen and bathroom with NYKB. Although the job had a rocky start due to personnel issues once Michael Avidor (project manager ) and Rojda Zorer (designer) took over all went smoothly and they were on top of any changes/problems that came along. Pros: the work is fantastic and my kitchen and bath came out exactly the way I wanted. Also they do stand by their warranty because my job was completed in July and this past April I called Michael because my bathroom sink faucet broke and he came right away and it was replaced free of charge, since it was still under warranty. Cons: I feel the initial contract was vague and allowed a lot of room for increased costs.This is why I won't give 5 stars. I do want to stress that I have absolutely no complaints about the actual work.
