Don did an amazing job researching and determining the issue with my laptop. He discovered the culprit was a firmware BIOS update. He then notified the manufacturer and sent the laptop to them for repair, since it was their issue. Each step of the way, Don, kept me informed of the progress. He gets a 5 star review from me. I'm so glad I took my laptop to him for repair and not some other place. Highly recommend Don for any computer issues.
