Service was slow and took numerous follow up calls to get a tech out. Specifically told them we needed an issue fixed that may be he toner cartridge and needed a full maintenance kit done on the same printer. Parts were not delivered for the full maintenance kit so tech could only diagnose original problem which he did a good job of. Tech acted confused because the main office never had the correct parts delivered per our original request. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.
