Our company switched over to Northwest Benefit Strategies back in July 2021. It's been a HUGE undertaking switching all of our employees over to new healthcare and benefit plan. However, well worth all the work. Plus, working with Megan has been great. She is very good at what she does as she is very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. I was a little concerned at first, as I really liked our previous agent but they weren't able to offer us the health insurance plan we were wanting to go with. This is how I ended up with Megan. Knowing that our employees have a great benefit package is so comforting. Thank you Megan for all your hard work and spending many hours helping us through this process.
