Great customer service. My mother's computer was going down and we didn't know what to do. I called Nerds To Go and talked to Jason. I explain situation to him and he sent his technician the next day. After several hours working on computer, I got a call from Jason who honestly explained to me mom's state of computer. It was time to get new one. He helped us to buy computer and installed everything needed. His tech came back to mom house and computer was installed. He helped mom to navigate within new computer. I would recommend his company to anyone.

Now that I have used their services, I can confirm my first impression that these are high quality professionals committed to superior service. One of their technicians serviced my home office computer this morning, and I am very confident in his work and advice regarding my ancient PC.
