Absolutely horrible. My mother, who broke her hip last month, has Kaiser who is affiliated with this company. This company was assigned to work with my mother when she returned from the hospital to provide in home physical therapy. For the last month, she has only been seen one time for an intake. No one shows up for scheduled sessions. No one schedules sessions in advance and just calls randomly saying they're available to come "right now". For the last month, my mom has received no physical therapy despite this company taking her on as a patient. Absolutely horrible.
