Food delicious, staff helpful and knowledgeable. However I went in today and spent full price on the meals that I paid, not understanding that there are teeny tiny “retail prices” listed on the boxes. Turns out if I would have joined the fit club for $10 I would have received 20% off my purchase and my overall total would’ve been cheaper. The sales person failed to mention that to me. So when I called confused about what I was charged I understood. But then I asked if they could change it for me and sign me up for the club he said no. I told him I wouldn’t be back and he just merely said ok thank you. Instead of making it right. It’s too bad because I’ve spent over $1K total in the past and was ready to re-commit.
