When we decided to do a website revamp and branding, we started searching for agencies with experience working on food branding. Murmur’s portfolio really stood out, it didn’t take long to decide on them as the team we wanted to work with. I was really impressed from the outset…the organization, communication and creativity of the team was fantastic. Our initial meetings were very well organized, and it was really easy to contribute what we needed to regarding the brand story and vision and values. The team at Murmur was very skilled at listening and spinning the elements of our story and ideas into great design ideas and then iterating on those. The website building process was also very smooth and painless. Murmur was also very patient with us…There were a lot of moving parts on our side that sometimes made the process of switching the packaging difficult, but the team at Murmur was always very helpful where changes by them were required. When we were lucky enough to run into a couple of team members recently and meet for the first time in person, we also got some great recommendations for places to visit in Portland!
