I had high hopes that this company would help with my teenager but I could never schedule a meeting. First they sent me the wrong calendar to try and schedule a phone conference, I spent weeks trying to schedule an appointment before I called and they sent the link to the correct calendar. After the phone conference, I was told they would send me a time for an appointment. That email never came. At this point, I can't trust a business that can't manage even basic office administration. Addendum: Given other reviews, I anticipated a reply. My teenager has a summer full of out-of-state activities planned but I will contact you again in the fall if problems remain. Thank you for reaching out. You may want to assess your front desk personnel. It is safe to assume that my user name provides me with anonymity for my reviews.
