Worst experience. This agent ever responds on time. Previously I was charged for services that I never even asked for and I never got the money back and now they canceled the services I needed without my permission before time. I will never recommend Allstate to anyone ever. Worst insurance company and agent ever.
I wanted to cancel my auto insurance because I was moving states and sold my car. I emailed her for canceling my policy and she never responded then I emailed her 2 more times to check if she is at on a leave or busy or what again no responses!! I called her and she was busy with another client but never received a call back which was promised. I gave up and had to call all state insurance and tell them my concerns. What kind of an agent and customer service is this?! I do not recommend this place because it is so not professional to not respond to emails and calls when someone is canceling a policy because they will respond faster if you were to get a policy!
