I have been using their services for about two years and during that time have difficulty reaching anyone so messages are left and email sent. In August, I decided to stop their services and notified them by emails and phone calls with no response at first. I spoke with one of the ladies that work there. She is very nice to help when I need it But she said they have no contact with the owner and cannot get her to stop doing auto pay every month since September they have been withdrawing $60. I would not be using a medication assistance program if I could just throw away $180. This is very upsetting and there’s nothing I can do about it. I’ve been told by two different people that work there now that they cannot do anything because the owner does not answer their calls etc. I’ve had to change my credit card number now in order to stop this.
