If you have any kind of neurodivergence or need handholding, or desire to work with an actual accountant who will meet with you and help you navigate complex tax issues— this is not the place. They run everything through their office manager, the accountants send videos instead of meeting with you, standard tax returns are $1500 (I’m a sole proprietor w pretty basic stuff) and “advising”—or the ability to ask questions—is an additional $300 a year. It was a costly, infantilizing, and impersonal process. Linda and Tommy should be ashamed. I found a different preparer for $475, who within the first day of meeting walked me through how to work with the IRS on payment plans and forgiveness, who asked me about incorporating and suggested I make changes immediately. These were things I asked Tommy about repeatedly that he either never answered directly, or told me we would handle after other things were done, or deflected with “did you watch the video I sent?” If I had energy, and the world wasn’t what it is, i would pursue so many complaints against this business. Instead just take my advice: this place should not offer services to individuals.
