I had a 5-star experience from start to finish. The website was user-friendly and provided all the information I needed. When I visited the store to drop off my film, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and friendly the staff was. The store also had a great selection of products. I’ll definitely be returning for all my photo need!
Great atmosphere, clean and organized. They have tips and tricks for beginners and you can even text them for advice. I had my roll developed and the photos came out really detailed. Almost if I had used a smart phone to take the pictures. The workers are very kind, professional and understanding. This will be my go to place for photos.
I was very happy with the quality of the transfers they made of our 50 year old 8 mm home movie reels & VHS transfers. Their knowledgeable & friendly staff delivered with a quick turnaround. They were responsive with any questions I had about my order. I highly recommend Legacy Photo Lab. It’s worth every penny to archive and share fun memories as well as musical and theatrical performances and even ballgames! Treat yourself. 🎥📼📀📸🎞️📽️📹📷
INCREDIBLE!!! First off, I am a newbie to film and I know it's a complicated art form so I was nervous going in and being snubbed off because of my lack of knowledge. Nope! The guy who helped me both times was so kind and helpful. I also, I know this isn't going to be every time depending on how busy they are, but I dropped off on Sunday then again on Wednesday and both times got my photo files back in 3 days! I was so eager to see how they turned out since it took me a while to get through my first full roll and I was excited about their 6-8 day timeline but 3 is beyond incredible!! Cannot say enough good things. I will continue to support local because I was scared to send to walgreens/cvs since they take 6-8 WEEKS and I've heard are known to lose film.... Loved being able to drop off in person and get the files digitally so quickly. See y'all next roll!!! ***these are taken on a $20 kodak 35m so I'm sure the pics are even better when you have a nicer camera:)
