I had a great experience working with Tricia while shopping for homeowners and auto insurance. While doing a phone consultation, Tricia made conversation and asked a few questions to get to know me better; the conversation actually led to our discovery that my birth date was off by 10 years (likely set incorrectly by another agent in the past) and that I had been overpaying this whole time on my auto premium!! Tricia helped me sort it all out and I got a refund check within a few weeks. If we didn't have that conversation, I have no idea how much longer I would've been overpaying... Thank you Tricia!!
